3. How much is the membership?
Be an Epitude member for only $30, valid for 2 years. You also get to enjoy the following perks for signing up:
- 2 x $10 Welcome Accessories eVoucher to be used at EpiCentre and EpiLife retail stores and EpiLife eStore
- $30 discount for EpiAcademy classes
- 2 x 20% Birthday e-voucher to be used on birthday month (one time use per birthday month)

5. What is the expiry of the membership?
Your membership will be valid for 2 years upon registering.
6. I lost my membership card. What should I do?
Simply log on to the Epitude Membership portal to report lost membership card. Your card will be blocked immediately.
After which, visit any of our EpiCentre or Epilife stores to report your lost card and get a new card at the store.
However, there will be a fee of $10, so keep your membership card safe!
Epitude Rewards Programme
1. What is Epitude Rewards Programme?
Epitude Rewards Program is a system which you can earn EpiPoints by shopping at EpiCentre, EpiLife retail stores and EpiLife eStore. The EpiPoints can be used to redeem for shopping vouchers and products.
EpiPoint is a point that you earn when purchase at EpiCentre and EpiLife.
- Apple Products, Electronic Products: S$1 spent = 1 EpiPoint*
- Other Accessories: S$1 spent = 2 EpiPoints*
*Points are calculated based on price before GST.
Simply purchase anything from our EpiCentre, EpiLife retail stores and EpiLife eStore to earn the EpiPoints. The EpiPoints will be credited to your Epitude Membership Account immediately after your purchase. You can also check your EpiPoints balance in our Membership Portal.
4. How do I redeem the EpiPoints?
You can redeem your EpiPoints at our Membership Portal. Simply log into the Membership Portal and redeem your EpiPoints from our Rewards Catalogue.
5. How do I check the balance of my EpiPoints?
Simply log into the Membership Portal, go to the Transaction History to check your EpiPoints balance and transactions.
Membership Renewal
1. My membership has expired or is expiring. How do I renew my membership?
Simply log into the Membership Portal, Click on Renew Membership to renew your membership. Alternatively, you can visit any of our EpiCentre and EpiLife stores to renew your membership.

Click on Login on the Top Navigation
If this is your first login:
- You would have received a Welcome Email with a link and password to log into your account.
- Click on the link. Enter your User ID (your email) and password (As stated in the Welcome Email) and click “Submit”.
- You will be asked to change your password and update your profile. Upon updating your profile you will earn 100 EpiPoints immediately.
For subsequent login, simply enter your email and password to access your membership information.
2. I can’t remember my User ID. How do I retrieve my User ID?
Please drop us an email here (membership@epicentreasia.com) if you have forgotten your User ID.
3. I can’t remember my password. How do I retrieve my password?
Please click on “Forgot Password” to retrieve your password.
4. How can I update my profile?
Log into the Membership Portal, click on “Profile” to update your profile.
6. How do I check my transaction history?
Log into the Membership Portal, click on “History” to access your transaction history. Your transaction history includes Purchase history, Epipoints Balance and Redemption History.
I had purchased an iMac 27″ on 10 Dec 2013 from EpiCentre @ 313 Somerset and also enrolled for the membership. I see that my points for that purchase are not update in my account. Please advise.
