There are 3 ways you can register as a member.

1. Sign up as an Epitude Member by clicking on this link.

2. Enter your personal particulars.

3. Make secure payment online via Paypal.

4. An email receipt will be sent to you.

5. We will send you your membership card to your address stated in the registration form.

 

Sign Up Online via EpiCentre Online Store

1. Create an EpiCentre Online Store account here.

2. Sign up as an Epitude Member after Online Store account is created.

3. Enter your personal particulars.

4. Proceed to Checkout page.

5. Make secure payment online via Paypal.

6. An email receipt and welcome email with login details to your membership account will be sent to you.

7. You can opt to collect your membership card in stores or have it send to your address.

 

Sign Up at EpiCentre and EpiLife Stores

1. Visit any of our EpiCentre (see store locations) stores to sign up.

2. Our friendly staff will assist you in registering for the membership.
